From September 11 to 13, 2018, the 4^th International Law Enforcement Cooperation Forum on Secure Corridor of the New Eurasian Land Bridge with the theme of Opening a New Chapter in Law Enforcement Capacity Construction and Cooperation Together was held in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. Entrusted by Mr. Wang Tongzhou, chairman of board of directors and chairman of Holding Group, vice-chairman Yan Diyong attended the forum and made communication.?

During the forum, 10 projects invested in Zambia by Holding Group were awarded Excellent Overseas Projects. Combined with related condition of projects in Zambia, vice-president Yan Diyong carried out forum communication surrounding Strengthening Security Measures, Improving Multilateral Coordination and Enhancing Security Soft Power. He said that Holding Company is one of the most successful enterprise Walking Out and developing international cooperation earliest in China’s non-ferrous industry, its business cover over 80 countries and regions, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrghyzstan related to Secure Corridor of the New Eurasian Land Bridge. In recent years, CNMC has been deeply learning and understanding as well as completely implementing general secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought of Building a Community of Shared Future, always following the social responsibility idea of Releasing Resource Value and Building Social Harmony, insisting in the principle of Guaranteeing Development with Safety and Promoting Safety with Development, and it has invested and built 8 mines, 7 smelting plants in foreign countries and 1 overseas economic and trade cooperation zone.?

In the Safe Development and Sharing Prosperity sub-forum of this forum, the practice of attaching importance to production safety, occupational health and insisting in green development by CNMC was highly praised by attending leaders, experts and scholars, which caused strong reaction and praise by Chinese and foreign guests. He pointed out that CNMC has been taking into account resource development and ecological protection in the Walking-out 35 years, production safety, occupational health and environmental protection have been considered from project argumentation to development and implementation, which fully demonstrated the responsibility understanding of China’s enterprises and central enterprises.

Vice-chairman Yan Diyong also reported the condition of strengthening overseas investment management and safety risk prevention, etc of CNMC to Shen Ying, deputy director of SASAC, who attended the forum.
